AiCyberwatch boasts of one of India’s first AI and ML enabled Security Operations Center as a Service (SOC) offering, in partnership with world leaders, to provide Cyber Security Services to Enterprises across India, Asia, US and the Middle East. Additionally, we are providing DLP, PIM, PAM, VPN, AV & Patch management services, etc.

NGBPS is looking for a smart, motivated HR professional to join the organisation and lead the HR activities. The candidate will be getting the opportunity to shape & define the culture of our growing organisation, in alignment with the vision of senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing the end to end HR processes of a small/medium enterprise preferably in the IT domain. This role is for a motivated individual looking to build their career and be part of the long term growth story of NGBPS.

Location – Mumbai/Delhi NCR

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Create all HR process documents for Recruitment, Leave Management, Organizational Development (Goal Setting, KRA and KPIs), etc.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process
  4. Manage the exit process including exit interviews
  5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, KRAs, KPIs and Goal Setting, Retention and succession planning.
  6. Maintain the pay roll
  7. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  8. Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
