Digital Marketing Intern

As part of the NGBPS Limited Marketing team, the Intern will play a key role in our continued growth. NGBPS is currently seeking energetic Digital Marketing Interns to help us execute our Digital Marketing plans. We are looking for keen learners who are able to understand customer behavior, plan marketing activities aligned to overall marketing plan and ensure all digital channels & tools are fully leveraged. The selected candidates will get a chance to work on challenging assignments across our key business units and obtain strong experience in core digital marketing activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

The Intern will be responsible for executing complete Digital Marketing activities under close supervision of the firm’s management team. They will manage the monthly calendar for various online marketing campaigns across different channels. They will need to come up with campaign & segment ideas for effective targeting of customers via appropriate channels. They will be responsible to review metrics (like social media engagement, increase in website traffic, leads generated etc.), competition
activities and formulate proactive plans accordingly.

  • Professional qualification in Digital Marketing with basic proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools & techniques
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of creative content writing, Photoshop/CSS etc. will be an added advantage

Location – Mumbai/Delhi NCR

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitor brands & Digital Marketing leaders to suggest enhancements to
    existing Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Plan & execute activities on weekly basis as per social media calendar
  • Monitor the progress of company presence on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online ads through Google Adwords, LinkedIn etc. to increase brand
    awareness and generate quality leads
  • Launch and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Perform small scale SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters, blog posts and promotional emails and organize their
    distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep honing skills
