NGBPS is currently seeking energetic Digital Marketing Associate to help us expand our top line revenue and client list in line with our strategic vision. Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional qualification in Digital Marketing
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing, website design, Photoshop/CSS etc. will be
    an added advantage

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for crafting complete Digital Marketing Strategy and execution. They will manage the entire lifecycle for Enterprise customers & make monthly calendar for various online marketing campaigns across different channels like Email, Onsite, Push Notifications etc. Helping in improving the conversion from website will be another focus area. They will need to come up with campaign & segment ideas for re-targeting inactive/lost customers. They will be responsible to review metrics (like traffic, orders, conversion rates), competition activities and formulate proactive plans accordingly. They will be expected to coordinate with our Sales, Customer Success and Product Team for planning and executing specific digital marketing campaigns, as required.

  • Responsible for execution of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook,
    LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Launch optimized online ads through Google Adwords, LinkedIn etc. to increase company
    and brand awareness and generate quality leads
  • Launch and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters, blog posts and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep honing skills
